Cloth Selection
Blue Line sails are made from durable fabrics chosen for their reliability, ease of use, and downwind comfort. Axia Code Sails (50, 60, 70) feature polyester, laminate, or nylon cloths that offer excellent stability and low stretch. They are available with our proprietory Active Luff System or as cabled luffs for dependable furling which provide a smoother shape and improved sail handling. Classic asymmetrical and symmetrical spinnakers are made from cruising-grade nylon that launches gently, recovers quickly, and is easily handled with a dousing sock for safe, controlled sail management.
